Job Description

As a Soft Service Executive, your role involves managing all activities related to housekeeping, pest control, facade cleaning, and horticulture. You are expected to actively understand and help resolve all client concerns related to Soft Services using your domain expertise. Your day-to-day activities will include: - Managing cleaning services with a focus on common areas, utilizing your knowledge of janitorial operations methods and practices, including cleaning chemicals, consumable usage, equipment maintenance & repair, waste management, and hygiene & sanitation standards. - Taking daily rounds of the premises to identify cleaning needs and ensuring they are rectified with support from the team. - Creating work plans/schedules, inspecting, and assigning cleaning/maintenance tasks to subordinate teams. - Briefing and debriefing staff regarding their duties, designated work areas, and any special instructions at the beginning and end of shifts. - Establishing and implementing operational standards and procedures for the supervised departments. - Maintaining budget and other necessary records. - Managing inventory stock to ensure adequate supplies and equipment availability. - Ordering new equipment, supplies, or furnishings as needed. - Preparing reports such as DMR, MMR, QBR (quarterly business review), and other relevant reports at the site. - Estimating costs, preparing/managing budgets, and planning beautification changes for certain areas quarterly and for festivals/events. - Managing landscaping and gardening activities. - Supervising vendor personnel for assigned units, including vendor contracts, compliance, and attendance management. - Maintaining discipline at the site, ensuring proper attire and etiquette among supervised staff. - Facilitating employee growth through periodic training and skill enhancement. - Addressing employee relations issues and ensuring statutory compliance. - Developing, reviewing, and improving SOPs/processes/programs. - Implementing various checklists as per client/SME suggested formats and frequencies. - Ensuring janitor closets and storage areas are maintained in a neat and orderly manner.
