Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Soft Service Manager located in Mumbai. The Soft Service Manager will be responsible for managing all soft services including cleaning, landscaping, and other non-core services. Daily tasks include supervising and coordinating staff, ensuring high standards of service delivery, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also involves regular inspections, training staff, and managing budgets and resources effectively.

Qualifications

Experience in managing soft services such as cleaning, landscaping, and other non-core services
Strong organizational and supervisory skills
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance
Vendor management and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
Relevant experience in the construction or facilities management industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field
