Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Soft Service Manager located in Bengaluru. The Soft Service Manager will oversee daily operations of housekeeping, laundry, and other soft services to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Duties include managing teams, planning and implementing schedules, maintaining inventory levels of supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role requires coordination with other departments to meet the dynamic needs of the hotel.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing housekeeping, laundry, and other soft services
• Strong organizational and team management skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Proven ability to work with diverse teams and handle guest inquiries professionally
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
