Job Description

Sodexo is looking for a Site Director in Hyderabad

We are looking for an expert in Hospitality, soft services, and client management.

Responsible for managing and developing long-term relationships with key clients in the Integrated Facility Management (IFM) sector. This role involves overseeing service delivery, ensuring client satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and driving operational excellence. The Site director will act as a strategic partner, providing customized solutions to meet clients' evolving facility management needs.

Client Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and expectations.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues and proactive communication.
Conduct regular client meetings, performance reviews, and satisfaction surveys to assess service delivery.

Operational Management:

Oversee the delivery of integrated facility management services, including housekeeping, maintenance, security, catering, and other support services.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Ensure operational excellence through effective resource management, process optimization, and quality control.

Financial Management:

Prepare and manage budgets for the assigned accounts, ensuring profitability and cost control.
Monitor financial performance, provide forecasts, and suggest improvements to optimize revenue generation.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.

Strategic Planning and Growth:

Develop account management plans to enhance client retention and drive business growth.
Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to recommend innovative solutions.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards.
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure operational and safety compliance.
