Social Media Strategist

Role & responsibilities Social Media Strategy & Execution Design and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) tailored for real estate audiences. Work with designers and agencies to ensure creatives are brand-aligned and visually effective. Plan monthly calendars, trending content, reels, and campaigns Identify, onboard, and manage real estate, lifestyle, and finance influencers. Negotiate and track performance of influencer campaigns to ensure high ROI. Content Planning & Briefing Ideate campaigns and write structured creative briefs for agency/design teams. Coordinate production of video shoots, walkthroughs, project explainers, etc. Ensure content is aligned with project USPs and buyer motivations. Market Research & Trend Monitoring Stay updated on real estate market trends, digital campaign innovations, and competitor activities. Use insights to guide content themes, tone, and aesthetics. Campaign Management & Lead Generation Coordinate with performance marketing team for campaign input. Ensure landing pages, CTAs, and visuals are aligned with campaign goals. Track metrics and make data-driven improvements. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 3-6 years of experience in real estate or related high-involvement sectors. Strong command over content trends, storytelling formats, and platform-specific best practices. Experience in managing agencies and influencers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A good aesthetic sense and ability to translate business objectives into visual direction. Preferred: Prior work with real estate developers, property consultancies, or architecture/interior brands.
