Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Strategist specializing in Global Student Recruitment. The strategist will manage content strategies tailored to various platforms, optimize social media channels for engagement, and collaborate with teams to meet recruitment objectives. Responsibilities include creating and executing data-driven social media campaigns, engaging with online audiences, analyzing trends, and continuously refining strategies to attract international students effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and developing platform-specific strategies
• Strong Communication and Public Relations skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Experience in Content Strategy to create targeted and impactful campaigns
• Familiarity with analytics tools to assess performance metrics and improve strategies
• Ability to design campaigns that address cultural nuances in global recruitment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in higher education recruitment or international markets is a plus
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
