Job Title : Social Media Specialist

Job Location : Ooty, The Nilgiris

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist who can be the face and voice of The Good Doll on digital platforms. You will bring Nilah’s stories to audiences by anchoring content, working with our videographer/photographer, and managing our social media handles.

You’ll be the one bringing our content strategy to life — appearing on camera, engaging our audience, scheduling posts, and tracking performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the on-camera face and voice of The Good Doll across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other channels.
• Work with the content strategist to execute storyboards into engaging photo/video content.
• Collaborate with the content specialist to produce reels, stories, and posts.
• Manage and schedule posts across social media handles.
• Engage with our community in comments, DMs, and interactive content.
• Track analytics and report insights to optimize content performance.
• Ensure brand language and consistency across all digital touchpoints.

What We’re Looking For

• Female candidates preferred.
• Strong comfort and confidence on camera.
• Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube content.
• Understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and audience engagement.
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics) would be preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English (bonus if fluent in Tamil/Hindi for bilingual content).
• Creative, enthusiastic, and aligned with children’s storytelling and conscious brands.
