As a Social Media Specialist at The Good Doll, you will play a crucial role in bringing Nilah's stories to life on digital platforms. Your responsibilities will include being the on-camera face of the brand across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other channels, working with the content strategist to create engaging photo/video content, managing and scheduling posts, engaging with the community, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring brand consistency. Key Responsibilities: - Be the on-camera face and voice of The Good Doll on various social media platforms. - Collaborate with the content strategist to transform storyboards into compelling photo/video content. - Work with the content specialist to create engaging reels, stories, and posts. - Manage and schedule posts across different social media handles. - Engage with the community through comments, DMs, and interactive content. - Analyze analytics and provide insights to optimize content performance. - Maintain brand language and consistency across all digital touchpoints. What We're Looking For: - Female candidates preferred. - Strong comfort and confidence in front of the camera. - Experience in managing Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube content. - Understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and audience engagement. - Basic knowledge of analytics tools such as Meta Insights and Google Analytics preferred. - Excellent communication skills in English (proficiency in Tamil/Hindi for bilingual content is a bonus). - Creative, enthusiastic, and aligned with children's storytelling and conscious brands. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, The Good Doll offers a full-time role based in Ooty, Nilgiris, providing you with the opportunity to become the face of a pioneering Indian children's brand. You will work in a highly creative environment with ample room for experimentation alongside a small but passionate team dedicated to building India's first relatable doll universe.
