Job Summary We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our brand's presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate is skilled in content creation, community engagement, and performance analytics, with a passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of social media trends and tools. This role will be critical in enhancing brand awareness, driving engagement, and supporting marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with overall marketing goals. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (images, videos, stories, etc.) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube. Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant conversations. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly to foster community engagement. Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions).
