As a Social Media Specialist at our fast-growing home decor brand based in Mohali, India, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our community. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing social media for lifestyle, fashion, or home decor brands, you will work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest. Your responsibilities will include creating, curating, and scheduling engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and campaigns. By analyzing performance metrics and adapting strategies accordingly, you will maximize reach and engagement. Moreover, you will collaborate with design and product teams for promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns, ensuring that our content remains fresh and relevant by monitoring trends, hashtags, and competitors. In addition to maintaining community engagement by responding to audience comments and DMs, you will also collaborate with influencers and content creators for brand partnerships. Your strong knowledge of Instagram trends, analytics, and content planning tools, along with hands-on experience in design platforms like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools, will be essential in excelling in this role. We are looking for a creative thinker with excellent communication and copywriting skills, who has an eye for design and aesthetics.
