Job Description

Role & responsibilities Plan, create, and schedule original and engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos) across all social media platforms. Develop monthly content calendars tailored to brand themes, product launches, and seasonal campaigns. Design or collaborate on visuals using Adobe, Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions in real-time. Run targeted paid ad campaigns to boost page growth, traffic, and conversions. Collaborate with influencers and partners for strategic campaigns. Track performance using analytics tools (Meta Insights, Instagram, LinkedIn Analytics) and optimize strategies based on data. Stay on top of current trends, memes, and content formats to keep the brand relevant and engaging. Coordinate with product, sales, and design teams for campaign alignment Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Communications, or related field. 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing social media for a brand or agency. Proficient in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools for creating content. Excellent communication skills with a witty, engaging writing style. Familiarity with running and analyzing social media ads (Meta Ads, Instagram Boost, etc.). A strong sense of design, trends, and audience behavior. Creative thinking and strong storytelling ability.
