Job Description

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and revenue growth.
Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns (digital & traditional) to increase brand visibility.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Lead, motivate, and guide the sales & marketing team towards target achievement.
Negotiate and close deals with potential clients and partners.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales and marketing objectives.
Travel to factory and branch offices for business development and operational support.
