About the Role:

We are seeking a highly creative and analytical Social Media Specialist with an MBA in Marketing and a minimum of 3 years of experience managing social media channels for brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing social media strategies to increase online presence, drive traffic, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.
• Create engaging, original content tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions).
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• MBA in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a social media or digital marketing role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
• Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
