Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions). Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting. Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams. Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms. Required Skills and Qualifications: MBA in Marketing or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a social media or digital marketing role. Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
