The opportunity

We’re looking for someone excited to roll up their sleeves, learn fast and help scale Resident’s visibility, reach new audiences and power our next phase of growth.


You’ll work directly with the Chief Growth Officer (a creative strategist with a background in branding and scaling disruptive, high-growth ventures), alongside a highly creative team of

filmmakers, storytellers, and a visionary CEO who’s reshaping what global mobility means in a post-borders world. You’ll be surrounded by creative energy — and invited to bring your own.

What you’ll do


Take ownership of Resident’s social media — planning and managing day-to-day

content across all our channels


Get hands-on with paid campaigns — from shaping ideas and creative to running ads

and analysing what’s working


Set up, monitor, and refine campaigns on Meta, Google, and anywhere else that makes

sense


Play an active role in ideation — helping shape campaigns from first thought to final rollout


Use smart SEO thinking to improve how and where we show up online


Work closely with the Chief Growth Officer on launch strategies, testing ideas and

fine-tuning performance


Learn how to use AI tools to streamline your process, generate assets and speed up

creative workflows


Help report on performance — but also make sure we’re learning from what we see and

doing more of what works


Stay curious, experiment often, and don’t be afraid to try new things — we’ll back you

when the thinking’s strong!


What we’re looking for

You should have:



Some real-world experience running or managing marketing activity — whether for a

startup, a small business, or an agency


A good understanding of paid social — ideally with hands-on experience in Meta Ads,

Google Ads, or similar tools


Confidence with setting up and managing campaigns using things like Google Tag

Manager and basic analytics


A natural feel for content and copy — you don’t need to be a professional writer, but you

should know what resonates. We’ll teach you the rest!


A working knowledge of SEO — or at least know how to optimise content for visibility


Strong instincts for what makes a great post, a great hook, or a smart idea


The ability to manage your own time, stay proactive, and bring your own ideas to the

table — we’re not here to micromanage


A positive, collaborative mindset — someone who can take feedback, build on it and

help inspire the whole team


Nice to haves (but not required):



Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, or Ideogram


An interest in the creative industries — film, production, design, or storytelling


A sharp eye for visual layout or creative direction

Requirements


Full‑time (or near full‑time) role


Located in or able to work with remote / hybrid setups (Nagpur, Goa)


Some portfolio or examples of past social campaigns / content you have worked on


Comfortable juggling multiple projects under

deadlines
