About Us

We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency seeking a dynamic and strategic Social Media Marketing Team Lead to manage our social media department. This role involves guiding the team, creating effective brand strategies, managing clients, and ensuring high-quality campaign execution across platforms. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & manage the social media team to ensure smooth workflow, timely delivery, and creative output.
• Develop social media strategy aligned with client goals and brand positioning.
• Create and oversee content plans including calendars, captions, creatives, and campaign ideas.
• Ensure strong brand building across all social media touchpoints.
• Manage client accounts, maintain communication, handle feedback, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor performance marketing activities, coordinate with paid ads team, and optimise campaigns.
• Leverage AI tools for content creation, analytics, and workflow efficiency.
• Analyse performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to execute integrated campaigns.
• Coordinate and direction with media production team 

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency (mandatory).
• Proven experience leading or mentoring a social media team.
• Strong understanding of content management, brand communication, and campaign planning.
• Knowledge of AI tools for productivity and content enhancement.
• Good understanding of performance marketing and social media KPIs.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
