About the Role

Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute social media strategy across Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create and publish engaging content — posts, stories, and short-form videos.
• Collaborate with the creative and product team to align messaging.
• Build and engage an active online community.
• Track performance metrics and report on growth.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of social media trends and storytelling.
• Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or personal page.
• Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools.
• Creative mindset and ability to think fast.
• Passion for creators, communities, and culture.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with creator-led or youth-focused brands.
• Personal experience building your own online audience.
• Awareness of pop culture and Gen Z trends.
