Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing professional with 25 years of experience. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across social platforms, managing paid ads, creating engaging content, and improving brand visibility and lead generation.

• Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
  
• Create and manage engaging content (posts, reels, blogs, stories, videos).
  
• Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
  
• Analyze campaign data, prepare reports, and present insights for improvement.
  
• Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  
• Stay updated on digital trends, hashtags, and audience engagement strategies.
  
• Engage with online communities, manage DMs/comments, and grow followers organically.
  
• A/B test creatives, captions, and ad formats to improve performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 25 years of experience in digital or social media marketing.
  
• Strong hands-on knowledge of paid campaigns and analytics tools.
  
• Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
  
• Strong understanding of trends and engagement strategies.
  
• Bachelors degree in Marketing / Communications / Business or related field preferred.
