About the Role We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can help us build and grow Zefrix’s online presence, engage our community, and create content that resonates with young creators. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute social media strategy across Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube. Create and publish engaging content — posts, stories, and short-form videos. Collaborate with the creative and product team to align messaging. Build and engage an active online community. Track performance metrics and report on growth. Stay updated with the latest social media trends. Requirements: Strong understanding of social media trends and storytelling. Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or personal page. Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools. Creative mindset and ability to think fast. Passion for creators, communities, and culture. Nice to Have: Experience with creator-led or youth-focused brands. Personal experience building your own online audience. Awareness of pop culture and Gen Z trends.
