Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Manager located in Panchkula. The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing social media profiles, developing content strategies, creating and posting content, and engaging with the audience. Additional duties include social media optimization (SMO) and digital marketing efforts to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication skills and ability to engage with audience
• Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategy
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing principles and practices
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• Create and execute monthly content calendars aligned with business goals.
• Ideate and produce engaging 

  posts, reels, stories, and videos

   for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Run 

  Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram)

   and Google Ads campaigns with performance tracking.
• Increase organic followers through trend-based reels, influencer tie-ups, and creative storytelling.
