Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute social media strategies to boost brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.
2. Create high-quality, relevant content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
3. Manage day-to-day page activity — comments, DMs, reviews, and community interactions.
4. Build an engaging social media calendar and ensure timely scheduling & delivery.
5. Analyze campaign performance using social media insights and optimize strategies.
6. Coordinate with creative teams/agencies for videos, graphics, stories, and brand assets.
7. Track brand mentions, encourage user-generated content, and strengthen community voice.
8. Connect with influencers and digital creators for collaborations and brand partnerships.
9. Support brand communication across multiple sub-brands within the portfolio.

Responsibilities

1. Outstanding written and verbal communication (copywriting is a big plus).
2. Strong understanding of social media platforms & trends.
