Social Media Marketing Internship

We’re looking for an energetic Social Media Marketing Fresher who understands content, trends, and brand storytelling. This role suits someone who enjoys working with multiple brands, learning fast, and executing consistently in a structured, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute social media calendars for multiple client brands

• Research competitors, analyse industry trends, and identify content opportunities

• Brainstorm content ideas aligned with brand identity and campaign objectives

• Coordinate with designers and video editors to produce high-quality posts and reels

• Write captions, hooks, and post descriptions tailored for different platforms

• Support ad campaigns with creative variations and content inputs

• Track weekly performance metrics such as reach, engagement, clicks, and conversions

• Prepare simplified client performance reports and highlight top-performing content

• Engage with brand communities when required, ensuring timely and appropriate responses

• Maintain organised workflows, content sheets, and project trackers

• Stay updated on trending formats, platform changes, and viral content styles

• Collaborate with the performance and creative teams to maintain consistent brand messaging

• Execute tasks and deliverables within deadlines with strong attention to detail

• Follow Profitcast’s internal SOPs for scheduling, approvals, reporting, and communication
