Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Content & Creativity
• Draft engaging captions, blog posts, ad copies, and creative briefs.
• Support brainstorming sessions with fresh and innovative content ideas.
• Coordinate with the design team to align visuals with content.
• Platform & Technical Skills
• Schedule and publish posts across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
• Use tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Sheets, and project trackers.
• Monitor post performance and assist in preparing simple reports.
• Trend Awareness
• Research current trends, memes, hashtags, and competitor activities.
• Suggest creative ways to adapt trends for client brands while maintaining brand tone.
• Stay updated with seasonal and festive opportunities for content.
• Customer Service
• Support community management by replying to comments, DMs, and queries.
• Flag urgent or sensitive customer messages to the senior team.
• Maintain a polite, brand-consistent tone in communication.
• Basic SEO/Digital Marketing
• Assist in keyword research and simple SEO checks (meta tags, blog optimisation).
• Help track website traffic, call reports, and campaign performance.
• Coordinate with the SEO team for basic tasks like updating listings or tagging content.
