SMM Internship Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Intern to support our social media initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of social media platforms, a flair for creativity, and the ability to assist in building engaging content that strengthens brand presence and engagement.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in managing and posting content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
• Conduct creative research and trend analysis to generate fresh content ideas
• Support in content establishment, copy research, and copywriting for posts and campaigns
• Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency and audience engagement
• Assist in Email Marketing campaigns – drafting, scheduling, and monitoring performance
• Monitor social media activity and contribute to performance tracking and reporting
• Brainstorm and support social media campaigns and promotions

QUALIFICATIONS

• Digital Marketing Certification / relevant certification preferred
• Basic knowledge of major social media platforms and email marketing tools
• Strong interest in social media management and content creation
• Good communication and copywriting skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team

COMPENSATION

The internship offers a valuable learning experience alongside a monthly salary of INR 5000 to support interns during their program. This provides financial assistance while allowing individuals to gain practical skills and professional exposure within a dynamic work environment
