Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, scheduling, and managing engaging content for platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
• Support the planning and execution of social media marketing campaigns.
• Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and audience behavior to improve content strategies.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop posts, stories, reels, and other creative assets.
• Track, monitor, and analyze the performance of social media activities.
• Interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and queries.
• Brainstorm innovative ideas to boost brand visibility and user engagement.
• Ensure all communication aligns with the brand’s tone and style.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Genuine interest in social media, digital marketing, and creative content.
• Basic understanding of social media tools, trends, and analytics.
• Creative thinking with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
