Role: Instagram Content Intern (Remote)

We're looking for a creative, trend-obsessed intern to own our Instagram presence and drive viral growth for CrowdVerse beta through daily Reels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and post 

  1 Reel per day

   (occasionally 2) – highly meme-driven, humorous, brain-rot style content that resonates with Gen-Z and millennial audiences.
• Research trending audio, formats, challenges, and hooks on Instagram to adapt for CrowdVerse's brand voice.
• Analyze performance of past Reels, identify what works, and iterate quickly for higher reach and engagement.
• Brainstorm and execute viral content ideas that generate buzz, waitlist sign-ups, and community excitement for the beta launch.
• Monitor relevant market news, startup trends, and social media conversations to infuse timely, relatable hooks into content.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills and a sharp sense of humor.
• Deep understanding of Instagram trends, meme culture, and what makes content go viral.
• Comfortable creating fun, edgy, "brain rot" style Reels (we welcome bold creativity!).
• Basic knowledge of current markets, news, or startup ecosystem is a plus.
• Genuine interest in building and growing a startup – you'll be part of the early journey.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Time Commitment:

• 2–3 hours per day
• 14–21 hours per week (flexible scheduling)

Compensation:

• ₹5,000 per month (paid via bank transfer)

• Performance-based monthly increases

   – pay will grow month-on-month based on measurable results (e.g., Reel views, engagement rate, waitlist sign-ups driven, viral hits).

Duration:

• Initial 1–2 months, with strong potential for extension or full-time role for top performers.
