Social Media Marketing Intern

Experience:

- Hybrid role based in Pune, with some weekend and evening work for events.

- Local travel for shoots/events as needed (reimbursed per policy).

Responsibilities:

1. Content Planning & Production

• Develop and manage a rolling 4-week content calendar for each event (teaser → early-bird → regular → last call → thank-you).

• Create engaging hooks, CTAs, captions, and hashtag sets; collaborate with designers and video editors; make interim edits in Canva as needed.

• Repurpose content into reels, carousels, stories, countdowns, behind-the-scenes (BTS), user-generated content (UGC), and testimonials.

2. Publishing & Channel Operations

• Schedule posts via Meta Business Suite; cross-post to Facebook and LinkedIn; maintain WhatsApp Status/Channel synchronization.

• Tag partners, venues, and artists; utilize collaborative posts and story mentions to broaden reach.

3. Community Engagement & Lead Nurturing

• Respond to DMs and comments within 24 hours with concise FAQs and relevant links.

• Encourage UGC through prompts, polls, and Q&As; collect and organize testimonials.

4. Light Performance Marketing

• Launch and schedule small awareness and retargeting campaigns (budget set by the team).

• Implement UTM links to track clicks and landing page performance; maintain a basic log of “Post → Link → Outcome.”

• Coordinate with the Sales team to promptly pass on hot leads (name, number, context).

5. Analytics & Learning

• Conduct weekly performance assessments: reach, watch time, saves, profile visits, CTR/clicks, and attributed leads.

• Perform post-event analyses to identify best formats, posting times, and creative insights; propose 2–3 weekly experiments (trends, sounds, formats, collaborations).

6. Event-Day & After-Event Activities

• Capture quick live stories/BTS on event day (2–4 snippets).

• Within 48 hours, create a highlights reel/carousel, thank-you post, and testimonial stories; archive assets for future use.
