Job Title: Social Media Executive/Assistant Location: Delhi NCR (Hybrid – 2 days/week from office in South Delhi) Type: Full-Time About the Role: We’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our team and lead content and social media execution for 4+ brands. This is a hybrid role – you’ll be required to work from office based in South Delhi at least twice a week for client shoots. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute content (reels, videos, graphics, captions) Shoot content with clients and manage creative direction Edit reels, design basic graphics (Canva or similar tools) Create and maintain monthly content calendars Bring fresh content ideas aligned with trends Use Meta Business Suite and support ad campaign execution Manage client accounts and deliver content on schedule Requirements: Based in Delhi NCR Comfortable working from the office 2 days/week (South Delhi) Must own an iPhone 15 or above Strong creative and ideation skills Proficient in reels editing, Canva, and basic social media tools Familiar with Meta Business Suite and running ads Experience managing multiple accounts Prior agency or influencer marketing experience is a plus
