Position Overview We’re looking for a Social Media & Ads Expert to join our growing team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in Meta Ads, Google Ads, content creation , and have strong English communication skills . You’ll also be responsible for team leadership and client handling . Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns Create content strategies and coordinate with the creative team Manage client communication and build lasting relationships Lead a small team of content creators and digital marketers Monitor ad performance using analytics tools and generate reports Stay updated with platform trends and algorithm changes Must-Have Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Strong command of English (written and spoken) 2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads Excellent understanding of content strategy and audience targeting Team leadership skills and experience managing client projects Analytical mindset with experience using ad dashboards and tools Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Bonus Points For Experience with Canva, ChatGPT, SEMrush, Hootsuite, or similar tools Prior agency or team leadership experience Knowledge of SEO and performance marketing basics Why Join Symphony Infotech?
