Job Description: We’re seeking a creative yet analytical Paid Social Media Specialist to lead performance-driven ad campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and explore LinkedIn or TikTok ads based on audience segments. You’ll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of our social advertising funnels. Key Responsibilities: Run and manage paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram (and optionally TikTok/LinkedIn). Build campaign structures (cold, retargeting, lookalikes) with precise audience segmentation. Design ad briefs and work with creatives to ensure ad resonance. Monitor metrics like CAC, CTR, ROAS, and CPL and adjust strategies accordingly. Stay updated with social trends, ad formats, and platform policy changes. Collaborate with content, design, and product teams for aligned messaging. Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in managing social ad campaigns. Proven success in D2C or lead-gen performance marketing. Proficient with Meta Ads Manager and other platform dashboards. Experience with Pixel setup, tracking, and retargeting strategies.
