Role Overview:

Key Account Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts across Kerala.
Identify new business opportunities and establish channel/enterprise partnerships in the region.
Work closely with onboarding and operations teams to address client requirements.
Conduct regional market research and competitor analysis.
Lead discussions and assist in contract closures with local partners.
Track performance metrics and ensure achievement of business targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of Kerala’s business landscape and regional culture.
Fluency in both Malayalam and English
(written and spoken) is
mandatory
.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome
– structured training and onboarding support will be provided.
