Job Description: We are seeking a creative and passionate Social Media Marketing Executive to join our growing women’s fashion brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our online presence across social media platforms, crafting content that reflects our brand identity, and connecting with our target audience of modern, style-conscious women. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute creative social media strategies to promote women’s fashion collections and seasonal campaigns. Manage and grow engagement on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and WhatsApp. Create, schedule, and publish visually appealing content (photos, reels, stories, etc.). Collaborate with designers and photographers to plan shoot concepts aligned with trends and collections. Work with influencers and fashion bloggers to amplify brand reach. Monitor analytics, track performance, and optimize campaigns for better results. Stay updated with fashion and social media trends, especially in the women’s clothing segment. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Communication, or a related field. Strong understanding of social media algorithms, engagement strategies, and fashion aesthetics. Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus. Excellent communication and writing skills in English (regional language skills are a bonus). Passion for women’s fashion, trends, and styling. Preferred Qualities: Creative thinker with a strong sense of visual storytelling. Trendspotter who understands what today’s fashion-forward women are looking for. Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
