Job Description

Job opening: Social Media Marketing Executive /B2B IT/SaasCompany Location: BangaloreExperience: 6 months to 2 yearsWork location: Work from homeNotice period: immediate to 30 days

Responsibilities

Create, manage, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to align social efforts with brand goals.
Monitor, moderate, and respond to audience interactions to drive community engagement.
Analyze performance metrics and generate insights to optimize campaigns.
Plan and execute paid ad campaigns tailored to business objectives (lead gen, awareness, traffic).
Stay current with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
6 months to 2 years of proven, hands-on experience in social media marketing.
Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
Strong copywriting, content creation, and communication skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
