Job Description

We’re looking for a Meta & Google Ads Expert to join our fast-growing digital marketing team and scale ROI-driven campaigns across platforms. Create detailed media plans, set KPIs, and manage budgets efficiently to drive conversions. Continuously analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights. Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing. Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop effective ad copies and visuals. Monitor and manage ad account structures, pixel setup, and event tracking via GTM. ✅ Requirements:2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns. Proven track record of generating high ROAS and scaling campaigns profitably. Strong understanding of digital funnels, audience segmentation, and retargeting. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager. Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects. 💡 Bonus If You Have:Experience with eCommerce or lead generation funnels. Knowledge of CRO (conversion rate optimization). Familiarity with landing page builders (e.g., ClickFunnels, Unbounce, Webflow). Google and Meta certifications.
