Social Media Marketing Executive (Meta Ads + Organic)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Paid Campaign Management (Meta Ads):

• Plan, create, and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns for lead generation, sales, and remarketing.
• Optimize campaigns for better performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
• Create targeted ad strategies using audience insights and A/B testing.
• Design and test ad creatives (copy, images, videos).
• Set up and manage remarketing campaigns and dynamic ads.
• Track and report performance using Meta Ads Manager.

Organic Social Media Optimization (SMO):

• Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create and schedule engaging content across platforms (text, images, videos).
• Optimize posts based on performance data and platform algorithms.
• Monitor analytics to improve engagement and reach.
• Engage with followers and build a strong online community.
• Stay updated on trends, hashtags, and platform updates.

Key Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in Meta Ads + Social Media Optimization.
• Strong knowledge of sales ads, lead generation, and remarketing strategies.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, etc.
• Experience in basic paid promotions and organic growth strategies.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva or similar for content design.
• Strong communication and writing skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
