🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation Campaigns:
Strategize, set up, and manage
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
and
LinkedIn ad campaigns
focused on
lead generation
for the sales team.
Monitor performance, optimize targeting, and improve conversion rates.
Content & Social Media Management:
Plan, write, and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
Work with designers to develop compelling graphics and creatives for campaigns and regular posts.
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Marketing & Events:
Identify relevant industry events and represent the company to
enhance brand visibility and networking
.
Collaborate with internal teams for product/feature announcements and thought leadership content.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Hands-on experience with
LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms
and
Meta Ad Manager
.
Solid understanding of digital marketing KPIs and conversion funnels.
Strong copywriting and content ideation skills.
Ability to coordinate with design teams and get campaigns executed efficiently.
Bonus: Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) is a plus.
