Job Summary: We’re seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Social Media Marketer to supercharge our brand presence across all platforms. You will craft content, implement strategies, and drive meaningful engagement that aligns with our masculine, confident, and transformative brand voice. Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and manage social media strategies across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms (Threads, LinkedIn, etc.) to boost brand awareness, followers, and engagement. Create compelling, masculine, and emotionally resonant content (reels, posts, stories, captions, thumbnails) that reflects TheBroThing’s tone and values. Analyze social media analytics to identify growth opportunities and optimize content for maximum reach, watch time, and engagement. Collaborate with the content team, graphic designers, and video editors to ensure cohesive and visually appealing brand aesthetics. Engage with our audience authentically by responding to comments, DMs, and community conversations to build trust and loyalty. Monitor competitor content and industry trends to keep TheBroThing’s presence cutting-edge and competitive. Plan and execute paid social media ad campaigns to generate leads, consultations, and high-quality traffic. Report weekly on KPIs such as follower growth, engagement rate, reach, saves, shares, and watch time. Requirements: Proven experience (2-4 years) managing social media for a personal brand or e-commerce company—bonus if it’s in the dating, lifestyle, or coaching niche. Deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and social media algorithms. Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to craft viral hooks and captions that drive high engagement. Familiarity with analytics tools (Instagram Insights, YouTube Studio, etc.) to measure performance and refine strategies. Hands-on experience with paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) is a plus. A strong eye for aesthetics and design—comfortable working with designers and editors to produce content. Ability to think like a brand owner, with a sense of initiative and creativity that aligns with TheBroThing’s premium, masculine brand.
