Client Understanding & Requirement Mapping: Understand the client’s vision, objectives, and requirements, and translate them into clear strategies and creative direction.
* Shoot Handling & Execution: Plan, organize, and manage photo/video shoots from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality output aligned with brand goals.
* Designer Coordination & Visual Quality: Work closely with designers to ensure all creatives for assigned clients are completed, approved, and posted before deadlines. Maintain design quality through a strong understanding of layout, color theory, contrast, and current trends.
* Content Planning, Ideation & Copy Support: Develop and manage content calendars, generate creative and trend-aligned ideas, and support with content writing and conceptual thinking when needed.
* Ad Management & Performance Review: Run client-specific paid ads, monitor performance, and analyze results to optimize for better engagement and outcomes.
* Team Communication & Workflow Management: Ensure timely and clear communication with all internal teams, keeping execution smooth and all departments aligned.
* Responsibility, Time Management & Ownership: Take full responsibility for assigned tasks, manage deadlines efficiently, and deliver consistent, independent output.
* Punctuality & Trend Awareness: Maintain reliable attendance and stay up to date with the latest trends in social media, content creation, and visual design.
