Our spaces are present across Mumbai and Patna and are available via leading platforms like Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, and Booking.com. We're building not just stays—but experiences. --- 🎯 Role Overview: We're hiring a full-time on-site Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to take charge of our social media presence, OTA listings, and contribute to our web and content strategy. If you’re creative, hands-on, and passionate about building a brand from the ground up—this is for you. --- 📌 Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management Plan, create, and post content (Reels, Posts, Stories) across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Script and shoot behind-the-scenes footage, room showcases, and guest moments Respond to DMs, comments, and engage with community Build and maintain a consistent visual identity and brand voice OTA & Listings Management Manage and optimize listings on Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Google, and other OTAs Coordinate with operations and design teams to keep listings updated with correct info and photos Track reviews, respond to guests, and monitor listing performance Web Presence & Development (Bonus) Help maintain or develop Zenia and Chill’s website, booking engine, and landing pages Collaborate with designers or developers to improve user experience and conversion SEO-friendly copywriting and blog content (if applicable) --- ✅ Who You Are: 1–4 years of relevant experience in social media, digital marketing, or hospitality marketing Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi Familiar with Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Google tools, OTA dashboards, etc. Photography & video editing skills are a big plus Knowledge of WordPress or basic web design/development is a bonus Highly self-driven, committed, and passionate about storytelling --- 🎁 What We Offer: A fast-growing, creative work environment Creative freedom and space to express ideas Opportunity to shape the brand identity of Zenia & Chill Growth potential in hospitality, design, and marketing Friendly team, meaningful work
