Social Media Manager

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to handle our company’s online presence. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing eye-catching graphics and videos, managing content across social platforms, handling customer inquiries, and generating quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content (images, reels, videos, product showcases, etc.)
• Design marketing materials using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar
• Manage and grow company’s presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
• Respond to customer messages and inquiries across platforms promptly
• Generate leads through digital campaigns, paid ads, or organic strategies
• Monitor analytics and suggest improvements for engagement and conversion
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales team to align goals

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in social media management
• Good design skills and knowledge of design tools
• Strong written and verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
• Basic video editing and content planning knowledge
• Experience in lead generation is a plus
• Knowledge of industrial or B2B marketing is preferred

Experience:

• Social Media Management: 1 year (Preferred)
• Design & Video Editing: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred, not mandatory)

• On-site (Vavdi, Rajkot)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
