Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking a Social Media Executive who will take full ownership of our online presence—creating engaging content, executing growth strategies, and driving community engagement across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow Workerlly’s official social media pages
Plan, schedule, and publish content (posts, reels, stories, polls, etc.)
Develop and implement monthly social media calendars and campaigns
Research and apply best practices for organic growth and engagement
Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams for cross-functional content
Monitor trends, hashtags, and viral opportunities relevant to our brand and audience
Track performance with insights, analytics, and KPIs (followers, reach, engagement)
Respond to DMs, comments, and community interactions
Suggest innovative strategies to boost visibility and conversions

Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of proven experience managing social media accounts (brand or agency)
Understanding of content strategy, audience targeting, and engagement techniques
Familiarity with platforms like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
Creativity, consistency, and a sense of storytelling
