Social Media Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Manager to join our interior design firm in Raipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all social media platforms, creating engaging content, collaborating with the design and video teams, and ensuring the brand maintains a strong and consistent online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to build brand awareness and drive engagement.
• Manage and maintain company profiles on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan, create, and post daily content, including photos, reels, and stories.
• Collaborate closely with the video and photography team for timely and quality content production.
• Write engaging captions, trending hashtags, and copy aligned with brand tone.
• Monitor page insights, reach, and engagement metrics to improve performance.
• Respond promptly to messages, comments, and inquiries to enhance customer engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and social media.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing Executive (experience in interior or lifestyle brands preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Instagram marketing and content creation strategies.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and basic video editing apps.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with an eye for design and detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
