Job Description

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who’s not only creative behind the screen but confident in front of the camera too. Someone who lives and breathes trends, loves to experiment, and can turn insights into scroll-stopping content.

What You’ll Do:

Build, plan, and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Conceptualize and create engaging content (static, reels, stories, campaigns).
Monitor analytics, track performance, and suggest optimization strategies.
Collaborate with design, production, and client teams to maintain brand tone and quality.
Stay updated with digital trends, memes, and moments that can be turned into content gold.
Participate in on-camera shoots — reels, campaign videos, and brand storytelling content.

What We’re Looking For:

1–3 years of experience managing social media for brands/agencies.
Strong understanding of content trends, platform algorithms, and analytics.
Excellent writing, communication, and creative thinking skills.
Comfortable appearing on camera (fun, confident, and expressive personality).
A team player with a ‘get it done’ attitude.

Bonus Points If You:

Have handled influencer collaborations or community pages.
Can edit basic video content or ideate visual storyboards.
Love brainstorming quirky campaign ideas over chai.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
