Social Media Manager – Web3 & Crypto

We are seeking a strategic and creative Social Media Manager with proven experience in the Web3 and cryptocurrency space. This role requires a deep understanding of blockchain culture, trends, and platforms. You will lead content strategy, manage community engagement, and drive growth across social channels to position our brand at the forefront of the crypto ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand and product goals.
• Manage and grow communities across Twitter/X, Discord, Telegram, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Create, curate, and schedule high-impact content tailored to Web3 audiences.
• Engage with followers, influencers, and partners to build community trust and brand loyalty.
• Monitor trends, competitor activity, and platform algorithms to optimize performance.
• Track KPIs and prepare regular reports on social media engagement, reach, and growth.
• Collaborate with design, content, and product teams for campaign launches, AMAs, NFT/token promotions, and ecosystem updates.

Must-Have Skills:

• 3+ years of experience managing social media in Web3, crypto, or blockchain projects.
• In-depth knowledge of crypto trends, terminology, communities, and influencers.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills tailored to tech-savvy, decentralized audiences.
• Experience with Telegram, Discord, and tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
• Proven ability to grow engaged followers and build community trust.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹840,000.00 per year
