Social Media Manager

Job Description

We’re hiring a Social Media Executive with 1–3 years of experience only (agency or in-house) to manage multiple client brands across fashion, lifestyle and F&B. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s creative, organized, and fluent in the language of reels, trends, and brand storytelling. Key Responsibilities: Plan and create monthly content calendars for multiple brands Design static posts, reels, and stories using tools like Canva or basic video editors Write compelling captions, scripts, and content ideas that align with brand tonality Coordinate with in-house editors or freelancers for advanced video content (if needed) Schedule and publish content using Meta Business Suite or other scheduling tools Monitor DMs, comments, and brand engagement Analyze post-performance and recommend growth strategies Stay up to date with trends, viral formats, and social media updates Requirements: 1 to 3 years of real experience handling social media for brands (must have managed client/company handles directly) Strong command of written English (copywriting, captions, and storytelling) Working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn Familiarity with Canva, content planning tools, and Google Workspace Ability to juggle 4–5 brands at once with creative flexibility and time management Basic understanding of analytics (reach, saves, engagement rates) Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: Social media management: 1 year (Required) Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
