Social Media Manager

We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes ideas. Someone who’s not just scrolling through trends but spotting the next one. If you are a creative thinker with a sharp eye for detail and an instinct for what clicks (and what does not) on social media, we would love to have you on our team. This is a fast-paced, ideas-first role at a creative agency where no two days are the same. You’ll get to work across multiple brands, brainstorm freely, and see your work out in the world. What you'll be doing: Build and run social media strategies and campaigns that actually do what they’re meant to - get people talking, engaging, clicking Come up with fresh, fun, and smart ideas for the brands we work with Plan and maintain monthly content calendars that bring structure Track and monitor performance and pitch improvements Suggest ways to make our client and customer interactions better on social Collaborate with SEO and ecomm teams to build campaigns that tie together across touchpoints. What we’re looking for: Someone who knows their way around Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and whatever’s next. A thinker and a doer - who can ideate, write, post, and report. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A team player who can work independently when needed. Curiosity, initiative, and a habit of raising their hand when there’s something to improve Must-haves: 2-3 years experience in social media or client servicing roles (agency experience is a bonus). Comfortable using MS Office, Google Suite, and tools that make collaboration easy. Ability to juggle tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines (even when things get a little chaotic - as they do in agency life). A Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field.
