We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Social Media Marketing Manager to join our growing team. As our Social Media Marketing Manager, you'll play a crucial role in shaping Kathaipetti's online presence and connecting with our audience of parents and educators. You'll be the voice behind our brand on social media, driving engagement and growth. Responsibilities Social Media Management: Maintain and oversee all of Kathaipetti's social media platforms, including our website, app, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. This includes regular posting, community engagement, and monitoring performance. Content Creation: Develop compelling and creative content tailored for each platform, including text posts, images, videos, stories, and other engaging formats that resonate with our target audience. Campaign Development: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote new stories, app features, and special events, driving awareness and user acquisition. Audience Engagement: Actively interact with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to identify trends, optimize strategies, and demonstrate ROI. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure Kathaipetti's content remains fresh and effective. Brand Consistency: Ensure all social media communications align with Kathaipetti's brand voice, messaging, and visual guidelines.
