Social Media Manager who will be able to strategise and brand on online social media application and who will work closely work with the team and with the team lead About Our Client Our Client is a Market Leading Fintech firm Job Description Own the social media mandate for the brands, developing and executing social media and content campaigns, including always-on strategies and road maps in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Manage social media channels and digital marketing efforts for three brands, ensuring each brand's visual, tone, and style are consistently maintained across platforms. Create innovative, relevant, and impactful marketing campaigns for new launches, working closely with content partners, internal teams, and broader marketing teams. Direct and manage the development of multiple campaigns in parallel across languages and genres. Own and manage the brand's Online Reputation Management (ORM), tracking sentiment, designing escalation processes, and addressing negative conversations effectively. Develop social media and content marketing experiences that engage consumers and communicate meaningful brand stories, collaborating with internal creative teams to influence the broader content strategy. Push creative boundaries in all social media campaigns, ensuring high-impact, innovative content. Work autonomously with teams (including brand, design, PR, customer experience) and on board agencies when necessary, taking responsibility for driving key performance metrics.
