💼 Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.

• Manage and grow our presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Google add, etc.).

• Create engaging content — posts, videos, stories — tailored to the construction industry.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams to communicate our value.

• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for maximum impact.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and social media best practices.

• Coordinate with sales team on quote provision and follow ups.

✅ Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in social media management, preferably B2B.

• Strong content creation skills — visual, written, and video.

• Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, etc.

• Understanding of construction/engineering industries is a plus.

• Excellent communication and project management skills.
