Job Title: Social Media Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to plan, create, and manage content across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate will build brand awareness, engage with audiences, and drive traffic and conversions through strategic social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, stories)
• Manage daily posting and community engagement across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn)
• Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; respond in a timely and professional manner
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports on growth, engagement, and reach
• Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams
• Manage social media advertising campaigns (optional, if applicable)
• Maintain brand voice and consistency across all platforms

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and analytics tools
• Excellent written and visual communication skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools is a plus

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience managing social media accounts (or equivalent portfolio)
